Developing a Skilled Competitive Workforce
The public workforce system is a valuable resource to support human capital development of workers across NEWDB service area and throughout the state of Oklahoma. The NEWDB Business Services Team offers essential tools to transform the workforce to meet the changing demands of the 21st-century economy and to become more competitive.
Serving Northeast area employers, the business service team offers assistance in recruiting, hiring, training, and upskilling workers, and connecting job seekers to employment opportunities in-demand occupations.
